Every Isa Handcraft piece is created by hand. Small variations in texture, color, and form are natural characteristics of the materials and the artisanal process, making your piece truly unique.
Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Isa Handcraft will cover the return shipping expenses.
Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our studio with your order number and the details of the item you would like to receive. We will guide you through the next steps.
14-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within this timeframe to begin the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or made-to-order pieces, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
