We ship our handcrafted pieces from Athens, Greece, to most of Europe and selected international locations worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 5–10 business days. Please note that during busy seasonal periods or high demand, processing times may be slightly longer as each piece is prepared with care.
Costs & Delivery
Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed at checkout, tailored to your specific location and order size.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any extra import charges, customs duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your package is on its way, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address when available.
Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you.
